Oriental cabbage salad
Ingredients/Components
- Ramen noodles - 2 pkg
- butter or margarine - 1/3 c
- slivered almonds - 6 oz
- onion powder - 1 Tbsp
- head nappa cabbage, chopped - 1 item
- oil
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- sugar - 1/4 c
How to make oriental cabbage salad:
Dressing:1/4 c. oil1/4 c. vinegar1 Tbsp. soy sauce1/4 c. sugar Crush noodles and set seasoning pack aside. In a large skillet, mix butter, noodles, onion powder and almonds on low heat. Stir often until golden brown. Remove from heat. Stir in 2 seasoning packets. Add cabbage and mix well. Make dressing and pour over salad just before serving.From Loretta Lee.
