Ingredients/Components
- large can French-style green beans, drained - 1 item
- large can peas, drained - 1 item
- cucumber, sliced - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- jar chopped pimentos - 1 item
- or 3 large stalks celery, cut up - 2 item
- sugar
- vinegar - 1 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
How to make marinated salad:
Mix together all ingredients, stir well and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Drain well before serving, or serve with slotted spoon. Save juice to put leftovers in. Keeps in refrigerator for a week.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Condiments, etc., Salads.
