Ingredients/Components

  • self-rising flour
  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • milk
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • vegetable oil - 1 item
  • sifted powdered sugar - 1 item
  • boxes white cake mix - 3 item
  • small boxes instant vanilla pudding - 3 item
  • eggs - 1 doz
  • pecans - 3 c
  • oil - 2 c

How to make funnel cake:

Add all fruit. Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs and oil; blend well. Add pecans and fruit, mixing well. Pour into 3 tube or Bundt pans. Cakes can also be made in 9-inch single pans, well greased and floured.
