- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- Crisco oil - 1/3 c
- box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix - 1 item
- instant lemon pudding mix
- Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt or tube pan
How to make lemon pound cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt or tube pan.Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed. Mix for 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 25 minutes. Invert onto a serving plate. Cool completely.Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. milk1 Tbsp. lemon juice Mix well. Spoon over cake. (If you wish to make thicker, add more powdered sugar.)
