• grated carrots - 2 c

• vegetable oil - 1/3 c
• stick butter - 1 item
• pecans - 3/4 c
• poppy seed - 1/4 c
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 oz

How to make carrot cake:

Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick butter1 box powdered sugar2 tsp. vanilla1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. white or yellow cake mix with pudding1 c. sour cream1/2 c. milk1/3 c. vegetable oil3 eggs1/4 c. poppy seed1 c. butter2 c. sugar2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa4 eggs1 tsp. vanilla2 c. flour1 1/2 c. coconut1 1/2 c. chopped nuts This is very rich; cut it in small pieces.
