- sticks butter - 3 item
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 4 item
- plain flour
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- buttermilk
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- small jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 item
- pkg - 1 oz
How to make milky way cake:
Icing:2 1/2 c. sugar1 c. evaporated milk1 stick butter1 small jar Marshmallow Creme1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips1 c. pecans, chopped Preheat oven to 325°. Melt Milky Way bars with 1 stick butter; cool. Cream 2 sticks butter with sugar. Add eggs and chocolate mixture. Sift together flour and baking soda. Add flour and buttermilk alternately to batter, mixing well. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Cool on rack.Icing: In saucepan, combine sugar, milk and butter. Cook to soft ball stage (5 to 7 minutes). Remove from heat, add Marshmallow Creme and chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Add pecans. Frost cake with mixture.
