Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/4 c
- egg yolks - 3 item
- whipped cream - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- can Eagle Brand - 1 oz
- few drops yellow food coloring optional - 1 item
How to make frozen lemon squares:
Combine butter, crumbs and sugar. Press into an 8 or 9-inch square pan. In bowl, beat egg yolks. Stir in milk, then lemon juice and food coloring. Pour into crust. Top with whipped topping. Freeze until firm.Recipe categories: Pie, Pies and tarts, Frozen desserts.
