Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter or oleo - 1 item
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 item
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- mayonnaise to moisten - 1 item
- sweet pickle relish - 2 Tbsp
- chopped ham fine
- loaf "unsliced" bread - 1 item
- chopped watercress - 1/4 item
- Egg Salad:4 hard-boiled eggs
How to make frosted sandwich loaf:
Egg Salad:4 hard-boiled eggs1/2 tsp. mustard1/4 tsp. salt dash of pepper mayonnaise to moisten Ham Salad:1 c. chopped ham (fine)2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish mayonnaise Ham Salad: Combine ingredients and mayonnaise to moisten.Trim crust from bread. Cut into 4 slices (lengthwise) and spread with oleo. Combine 1/3 package cream cheese, watercress and seasonings. Mix until blended. Spread first slice of bread with Egg Salad, second slice with cream cheese mixture and third slice with Ham Salad. Stack layers. Cover with fourth slice.
Combine remaining cream cheese and milk. Mix well. Frost sandwich loaf; chill.
