- salt and pepper - 1 item
- bacon drippings - 1/4 c
- to 8 sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut crosswise into 1/4-inch rounds - 7 item
How to make fried sweet potatoes:
Season potatoes with salt and pepper and chill. Fry in bacon drippings and brown on each side. Drain on paper towels; coat each side with sugar and serve very hot.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
