Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- garlic salt
- large shrimp uncooked - 1 lb
- saltines, smashed - 36 item
How to make fried shrimp:
Beat the eggs and add the milk. Clean the shrimp and split down the back to "butterfly". Dip in the seasoned flour, then the eggs and milk, then in the saltines. Fry in deep fat until golden brown. Serve with a good cocktail sauce or remoulade.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
