Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- red pepper - 1 tsp
- head cabbage shredded - 1 item
How to make fried cabbage:
In iron skillet add olive oil, cabbage, salt, pepper, sugar and water. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes. Add soda and cook 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Low Carb.
