  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • sugar or to taste - 1/4 c
  • medium cabbage, coarsely chopped - 1 item

How to make fried cabbage:

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large skillet; cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Add salt, pepper and sugar to cabbage. Stir gently.
