Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • prepared horseradish - 1 2
  • chopped green onions - 1/2 c
  • chopped tomatoes - 1 c
  • green pepper - 1/2 c
  • broccoli - 1 c
  • fresh mushrooms, chopped - 2 c
  • cans crescent rolls - 2 oz

How to make fresh vegetable pizza:

Heat oven to 350°. Place dough into 4 long rectangles. In ungreased 15 x 10-inch pan, press over bottom and 1-inch up on sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

In small bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper; blend until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Top with mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli, green pepper and onions. Cut into appetizer size pieces. Refrigerate leftovers. Yields 60 appetizers.
