salt - 1 tsp
brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
water
lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
garlic powder - 1 tsp
grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
chili powder - 1 tsp
ground beef - 1 lb
celery seed - 1 tsp
envelope dry onion soup mix - 1 item
can cranberry sauce - 1 item
Shape into small balls
stuffing mix or cracker crumbs - 1/2 c

How to make party meatballs:

Meatballs: Combine all ingredients. Shape into small balls. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.The Sauce:1 1/2 c. catsup2 Tbsp. dry mustard2 Tbsp. lemon juice1 1/2 c. water2 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. chopped onion1 tsp. salt1 can cranberry sauce1 tsp. celery seed Combine ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and add meatballs. Simmer 4 to 5 hours.
