Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- envelope dry onion soup mix - 1 item
- can cranberry sauce - 1 item
- Shape into small balls
- stuffing mix or cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make party meatballs:
Meatballs: Combine all ingredients. Shape into small balls. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.The Sauce:1 1/2 c. catsup2 Tbsp. dry mustard2 Tbsp. lemon juice1 1/2 c. water2 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. chopped onion1 tsp. salt1 can cranberry sauce1 tsp. celery seed Combine ingredients.
