- pork sausage - 1 lb
- Betty Crocker pastry mix - 1 pkg
How to make sausage rolls:
Roll pastry. Cut into squares 2 to 2 1/2-inches. Make small sausage in 1 1/2-inch lengths and place in pastry squares. Seal the squares. Brush with egg. Place on baking tray. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375°. Serve hot with pork gravy or cold for snacks. Makes 4 dozen.Variation: Serve hot for snacks. Serve with sweet sour sauce.
