Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- clove garlic - 1 item
- wings - 3 3
How to make teriyaki chicken wings:
Cut wings at joints and discard tips. Place in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Bake at 375° in another pan 30 minutes.
