Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1/4 c
  • dry white wine - 1/4 c
  • ketchup - 1/2 c
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • wings - 3 3

How to make teriyaki chicken wings:

Cut wings at joints and discard tips. Place in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Bake at 375° in another pan 30 minutes. Retain sauce to baste. Also good for boneless chicken breast.
