- vanilla
- brown sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- whole eggs - 3 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- Angel Flake coconut - 1 c
How to make french coconut pie:
Melt butter. Slightly beat eggs. Mix all ingredients. Bake in an unbaked pie shell at 325° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300° and bake about 30 more minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
