Ingredients/Components
- stick butter, melted - 3/4 item
- sugar
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make easy coconut pie:
Combine flour and sugar; add to butter. Add eggs, one at a time. Add milk; fold in coconut and vanilla. Pour into heavily greased and floured 9-inch pan (no crust). Cook 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
