No crust coconut pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- coconut - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
- stick melted margarine - 1/2 item
- fresh milk - 2 c
How to make no crust coconut pie:
Melt margarine. Add sugar and flour. Beat eggs and add along with milk and flavorings. Mix well and pour into 2 greased 9-inch pie pans. Sprinkle coconut over top of each pie. Bake at 350° until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
