French coconut pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter or oleo - 1/2 c
- whole eggs - 3 item
- angel flake coconut - 1 c
How to make french coconut pie:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix all ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 400°. Reduce heat to 375° and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 15 minutes. Very easy, very rich, but very good.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
