Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 pkg
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 pkg
- can green chilies - 1 item
- cans taco sauce - 2 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
How to make enchiladas:
Brown ground beef and drain. Add enchilada sauce, taco sauce, green chilies and onion. Simmer for 3 minutes. Place hamburger mixture inside tortillas and roll up. Place in a baking dish. Spread the cheese on top. Bake at 400° for 3 to 4 minutes.Recipe categories: Poultry, Meat, High calcium.
