Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- taco seasoning - 2 pkg
- tortillas - 12 item
- grated Cheddar - 1 lb
- cans enchilada sauce - 2 item
- cans chili no beans - 2 item
How to make enchiladas:
Mix enchilada sauce, chili and soup; simmer 10 minutes. Brown beef; drain and add taco seasoning with a little water. Simmer. Soften tortillas one at a time in sauce; fill with meat mix, onion and cheese. Roll and layer in a casserole dish. Mix leftover sauce and meat; pour over rolls. Add grated cheese.
