Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- paprika - 2 Tbsp
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- Wesson cooking oil - 1 item
- chicken pieces, cleaned and skinned - 2 3
- each seasoned salt and pepper - 1 Tbsp
How to make fried chicken:
Fill frying pan half full of cooking oil. Place on medium-high heat. Dip clean chicken in dry mixture and place in hot skillet. Fry until golden brown or when pierced, juices run clear. Be sure not to overcook or chicken will become dry.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Whole chicken.
