Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 pkg
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- lean ground meat - 1 lb
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper in a skillet. Drain off the fat. In a mixing bowl, combine sauce, soup and milk. Stir in the meat. Break the tortillas into small pieces. Put some meat in the casserole dish to cover the bottom. Alternate meat, tortillas and cheese. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
