Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion
- ground beef
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 12 item
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- grated Longhorn cheese - 1 c
- medium can enchilada sauce - 1 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Saut onions. Add meat and brown. Add green chilies, enchilada sauce and evaporated milk. Spray 13 x 9 pan with Pam. Layer tortillas in pan; add meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese melts and bubbling.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
