Ingredients/Components

  • chopped onion
  • ground beef
  • small can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • flour tortillas - 12 item
  • small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
  • grated Longhorn cheese - 1 c
  • medium can enchilada sauce - 1 item

How to make enchilada casserole:

Preheat oven to 350°. Saut onions. Add meat and brown. Add green chilies, enchilada sauce and evaporated milk. Spray 13 x 9 pan with Pam. Layer tortillas in pan; add meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese melts and bubbling.
