Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can chili - 15 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can sliced black olives - 1 item
- corn tortillas, quartered - 12 item
- bottle green taco sauce - 1 oz
- whole cooked chicken, cut up - 1 item
How to make mexican chicken casserole:
Combine cream soups with taco sauce and milk. Dip tortillas in mixture and line bottom of 2 or 3-quart casserole dish. Add half of the chicken, chili and cheese, forming a layer. Repeat tortilla layer, ending with cheese. Sprinkle olives over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
