  • milk - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • corn tortillas - 1 doz
  • chicken breasts, cooked - 5 item
  • chicken broth from chicken - 1 item
  • small can green chile salsa - 1 item

How to make mexican chicken casserole:

Cut tortillas into small pieces. Cut chicken meat into bite size pieces. Mix together soups, milk, onion and broth from cooking chicken. In a large greased pan, layer half of the following: tortilla pieces, chicken meat, soup mix, salsa and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 1 hour.
