Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • stalk celery - 1 item
  • green onion - 1 item
  • lettuce - 1 item
  • boiled eggs - 8 item
  • red pepper - 1/2 item
  • tomatoes, sliced - 2 item

How to make egg salad:

Boil eggs in saucepan; when done, peel and separate yolk from egg white. Place yolk in good size bowl and mash. Chop in egg white; add remaining ingredients, except tomatoes and lettuce. Mix well. Serve on its own or make a sandwich with the lettuce and tomatoes. Serves 5 to 6.

Note: You can also add cheese to salad or sandwich or serve on lettuce leaves.
