Egg salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- stalk celery - 1 item
- green onion - 1 item
- lettuce - 1 item
- boiled eggs - 8 item
- red pepper - 1/2 item
- tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
How to make egg salad:
Boil eggs in saucepan; when done, peel and separate yolk from egg white. Place yolk in good size bowl and mash. Chop in egg white; add remaining ingredients, except tomatoes and lettuce. Mix well. Serve on its own or make a sandwich with the lettuce and tomatoes. Serves 5 to 6.Note: You can also add cheese to salad or sandwich or serve on lettuce leaves.
