- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 8 item
- nutmeg - 1 Tbsp
- whipping cream - 1 pt
- vanilla flavoring or to taste - 1 Tbsp
How to make egg nog:
Separate eggs; beat yolks until fluffy. Add sugar. Beat egg whites. Beat whipping cream. Fold in egg yolk mixture and flavoring, then egg whites. Top with nutmeg. Serve plain or with spirits.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Holiday, Drinks.
