  • eggs - 6 item
  • Milnot - 1 c
  • slices bread - 6 item
  • bulk sausage - 1 lb
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp

How to make egg casserole:

Brown sausage and drain well. Mix eggs and Milnot together. Tear bread into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. You may substitute sausage for cubed ham, bacon pieces or meat of your choice.
