Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- Milnot - 1 c
- slices bread - 6 item
- bulk sausage - 1 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make egg casserole:
Brown sausage and drain well. Mix eggs and Milnot together. Tear bread into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. You may substitute sausage for cubed ham, bacon pieces or meat of your choice.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
