Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 18 item
- sharp cheese - 1 lb
- bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- whole milk or half and half - 2 c
How to make egg casserole:
Make a white sauce of butter, flour and milk; add cheese. Season with 1/4 teaspoon each of thyme, marjoram and basil. Make 3 layers of egg, bacon and sauce. Sprinkle snipped parsley over top.
