Egg and sausage casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- dash of red pepper - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese
- hot pork sausage - 1 lb
- slices bread, buttered, cubed and crust trimmed - 5 item
How to make egg and sausage casserole:
Saute sausage; drain well. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a greased casserole dish. Pour egg mixture over layered mixture. Refrigerate overnight or 2 to 3 hours before baking. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, High calcium.
