  • brown sugar
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 3/4 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • maple flavoring - 1/2 tsp

How to make pancake syrup:

Mix 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, water, butter and salt in pan. Heat to boiling over medium heat. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring. Serve warm.
