Egg and bacon casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 8 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
- 8 oz - 2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- unseasoned croutons - 4 c
How to make egg and bacon casserole:
Place butter in 11 x 7-inch dish. Heat margarine in microwave enough to coat dish. Remove from microwave. Pour croutons over butter. Sprinkle cheese over croutons; set aside.Combine milk, eggs and mustard and mix well. Pour egg mixture over cheese; sprinkle with bacon. Bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes or until set. Let casserole stand at room temperature 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
