Ingredients/Components
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 12 item
- eggs, boiled - 12 item
- white sauce - 2 c
- medium sized bag potato chips, crumbled - 1 item
How to make egg and bacon casserole:
Put the cheese in the white sauce and stir. Butter a large casserole dish; layer the eggs and bacon. Pour a little sauce between layers. Pour the remaining sauce over the eggs and bacon. Sprinkle the crumbled potato chips over the top. Heat at 350° until bubbly. Makes a very good breakfast or brunch dish.Recipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Casseroles.
