Ingredients/Components

  • eggs, beaten - 8 item
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
  • butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
  • 8 oz - 2 c
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • chili powder - 1/4 tsp
  • carton small curd cottage cheese - 1 oz
  • cans chopped green chilies, drained - 2 oz

How to make egg and cheese casserole:

Combine eggs, flour and baking powder, stirring well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a lightly floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 325° for 35 minutes. Yields 10 to 12 servings.
