Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 8 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- 8 oz - 2 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1/4 tsp
- carton small curd cottage cheese - 1 oz
- cans chopped green chilies, drained - 2 oz
How to make egg and cheese casserole:
Combine eggs, flour and baking powder, stirring well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a lightly floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 325° for 35 minutes. Yields 10 to 12 servings.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Cheese, Casseroles.
