- milk
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- thinly sliced raw potatoes - 4 c
How to make easy scalloped potatoes:
Heat oven to 350°. Arrange potatoes in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish in layers. Sprinkle each layer with minced onion, salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Add milk. Bake, uncovered, about 1 1/2 hours. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
