Baked macaroni and cheese

- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- shredded cheese, chopped - 2 c
How to make baked macaroni and cheese:
Prepare macaroni according to package. Drain well. Preheat oven to 375°. In medium saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour, mustard and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese, stirring until melted. Stir in cooked macaroni. Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
