Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- medium potatoes, sliced - 6 item
How to make easy scalloped potatoes:
Slice potatoes; chop onions and put in casserole. Mix soup and milk together and pour over potatoes and onions. Put about 4 tablespoons of butter on top. Bake in covered dish at 350° for 1 hour. Take lid off for the last 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
