Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- poultry seasoning - 1 tsp
- celery, chopped fine - 1 c
- white bread crumbs - 3 c
- crumbled cornbread - 5 c
- stock made from chicken or turkey - 1 item
How to make cornbread stuffing:
Combine all ingredients and moisten with stock. Will make enough to stuff a 10 pound turkey or a large bread pan. Heat oven to 425° and bake until good and brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Ground beef, Stuffings Dressings.
