Cornbread stuffing



  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • poultry seasoning - 1 tsp
  • celery, chopped fine - 1 c
  • white bread crumbs - 3 c
  • crumbled cornbread - 5 c
  • stock made from chicken or turkey - 1 item

How to make cornbread stuffing:

Combine all ingredients and moisten with stock. Will make enough to stuff a 10 pound turkey or a large bread pan. Heat oven to 425° and bake until good and brown.
