  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • can fruit cocktail, drained - 1 oz
  • cans sweet potatoes - 2 oz
  • melted butter plus 1 1/2 tsp - 2 Tbsp
  • to 16 marshmallows - 12 item

How to make mashed sweet potato casserole:

Drain sweet potatoes and mash. Add remainder of ingredients, except marshmallows. Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Top with marshmallows. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
