Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- cold water - 1/4 c
- chopped nuts optional - 1 c
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- finely shredded carrots - 2 c
- Miracle Whip salad dressing
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- Cream Cheese Frosting - 1 item
- Stir in carrots and walnuts
How to make easy carrot cake:
Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until when pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Spread with frosting.Cream Cheese Frosting:1 stick margarine, softened1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped nuts (optional)1 box confectioners sugar Cream margarine and cheese.
