  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • medium onions - 6 item
  • stew meat
  • medium potatoes, quartered - 4 item
  • carrots, chunked - 4 item
  • tomato juice or V-8 - 1 c
  • minute tapioca - 3 tsp

How to make easy beef stew:

Mix tapioca with tomato sauce and juice. Put all ingredients into large casserole or Dutch oven. Cover and bake 5 hours at 250°. Makes 6 servings. Recipe can be doubled.
