  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • cold water - 1/4 c
  • chopped walnuts - 3/4 c
  • sifted powdered sugar - 3 3
  • ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • finely shredded carrots - 2 c
  • salad dressing Miracle Whip
  • Stir in carrots and walnuts
  • 2-layer yellow cake mix - 1 item

How to make easy carrot cake:

Beat salad dressing, cake mix, eggs, water and cinnamon at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.Frosting:1 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened3 to 3 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar1 Tbsp. vanilla Beat cream cheese and vanilla at medium speed until well blended. Stir in powdered sugar and frost cake. Garnish with walnuts, if desired.
