Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- cold water - 1/4 c
- chopped walnuts - 3/4 c
- sifted powdered sugar - 3 3
- ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
- finely shredded carrots - 2 c
- salad dressing Miracle Whip
- Stir in carrots and walnuts
- 2-layer yellow cake mix - 1 item
How to make easy carrot cake:
Beat salad dressing, cake mix, eggs, water and cinnamon at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.Frosting:1 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened3 to 3 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar1 Tbsp. vanilla Beat cream cheese and vanilla at medium speed until well blended.
