Easy black beans and rice
Ingredients/Components
- red wine vinegar - 1 item
- olive oil - 1 item
- cans Green Giant black beans - 2 item
- chopped garlic, onion and green pepper using amounts according to your taste - 1 item
- white, brown or yellow rice - 1 item
How to make easy black beans and rice:
Heat black beans. Saute a little garlic, onion and green pepper in a small amount of olive oil. Add to beans. Just before serving, add a splash of red wine vinegar. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, One Dish meal.
