Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- red wine vinegar - 3 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 1/2 c
How to make vinaigrette dressing:
In blender, combine all ingredients, except oil. Blend until smooth. Add oil; blend again. Makes approximately 3/4 cup.For Oriental Marinated Vegetables: Add 2 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon grated ginger. Marinate 24 hours.
