- sprinkle of basil - 1 item
- sprinkle of salt and pepper - 1 item
- firm tomatoes, sliced 1 1/2-inches thick - 2 item
- deep dish pie crust, partially baked - 1 item
- sprinkle of 3 sprigs green onions
How to make tomato pie:
Topping:1 c. mayonnaise1 c. Cheddar cheese Partially cook pie crust and line with tomatoes. Sprinkle basil, salt, pepper and green onions over tomatoes. Topping: Mix together mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese and pour over tomatoes. Bake at 350Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Vegetables.
