- salt - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- fine bread crumbs
- potatoes - 2 lb
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
How to make parmesan potato sticks:
Bread Mixture:1/2 c. fine bread crumbs1/2 c. Parmesan cheese1/2 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. garlic powder1/8 tsp. pepper Peel potatoes; cut lengthwise into quarters. Cut each quarter into 3 strips. Roll in melted butter, then in bread mixture. Put into single layer in shallow baking pan or cookie sheet.
