Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing - 1 item
- cooked yellow squash, well drained, then mashed - 2 c
- raw carrot - 1 item
How to make squash supreme:
Mix the first 4 ingredients together. Spray a loaf pan or dish with Pam. Sprinkle a layer of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing on the bottom of the pan. Add squash mixture, then cover with another layer of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing. Dot the top of the casserole generously with butter.
