Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 large
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
  • crushed potato chips
  • stick melted butter or margarine - 1 item
  • bag frozen hash browns - 2 lb

How to make easy potato casserole:

Slice potatoes almost through. Add butter, sesame seed, chopped onion, salt and pepper. Roll in squares of foil twice to drip proof. Cook 1 hour on grill.
